Hilary Fischer-Groban is the Brand Director at Thinx Inc., the femtech disruptor on a mission to shatter taboos around menstruation and pelvic health. She helms the brand communications and content strategy of the Thinx family of brands, and guided their viral MENstruation campaign in Fall 2019. She is a published author on organizational behavior, specifically focusing on women in leadership. Prior to Thinx, Hilary has worked in fashion, start-ups, corporate social responsibility, and research, both in the US and India. She graduated from Brown University and MIT Sloan School of Management.
