Neil Shah is Global Marketing Director - Smirnoff at Diageo, the world’s largest premium spirits producer. In his role he leads key global initiatives for Smirnoff across brand strategy, ATL, BTL and Innovation, with a key focus on the Africa and India regions. Prior to Diageo, Neil held various marketing roles at Virgin Media and began his career agency-side at Splendid Communications. He is passionate about embedding brands in culture, brand purpose and brand turnarounds.
