Kate Pratt is Director of Team Sales and Marketing Partnerships at the Madison Square Garden Company, where she is responsible for finding new corporate marketing partners through integrated marketing opportunities across MSG’s sports, live entertainment and media properties. On the Team Sales side, Kate is primarily responsible for securing new brand partnerships around MSG’s four (4) professional sports teams, the New York Knicks (NBA), the New York Rangers (NHL), The New York Liberty (WNBA), and the Westchester Knicks (Developmental League) and MSG’s eSports franchises, Counter Logic Gaming and the new, Knicks Gaming team. In addition to these properties, Kate also focuses on MSG’s venue integration and Out-of-Home signage business. Last year, Kate lead the New York Knicks first-ever jersey patch rights partnership with the New York based company, Squarespace.

Included in Kate’s sales scope is Madison Square Garden’s live entertainment, venue and media assets (MSG Concert Series, The Theatre at Madison Square Garden, The Beacon Theatre, Radio City Music Hall and the Rockettes, the Tribeca Film Festival, Boston Calling Music Festival, The Wang Theatre, The Chicago Theatre, The Los Angeles Forum, MSG College Sports, Tao Group and MSG Networks).

Prior to MSG, Kate worked for the New York Yankees where she successfully secured new corporate partnerships for both The New York Yankees (MLB) and the New Era Pinstripe Bowl (college football). Kate got her start in sports working in horseracing at the Breeders' Cup Limited managing their Global Partnerships, where she developed an affinity for the world of corporate sponsorships.

Kate is originally from Fairfield, Connecticut and a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH. Kate currently resides in New York City where she is involved in the Robin Hood Foundation, the National Sports Marketing Network, and Women in Sports and Entertainment. Kate was named to the 2017 Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Sports.
