Aaron Duncan is Chief Marketing Office and Creative Director for The Sak Brand Group, one of America’s top leather and hand-crocheted accessories companies where he oversees all consumer touch points for The Sak and Sakroots brands.

Prior to The Sak, Aaron held various brand marketing leadership roles at iconic companies such as Mattel as Vice President Global Softlines, Consumer Products where he led the global strategic direction and business development for Consumer Products portfolio of brands including Barbie and Hot Wheels and as Senior Vice President and Creative Director at Playboy’s Global Licensing Division, he was instrumental in leading the organization’s global rebranding strategy and new business development for consumer products. During his tenure at Playboy the licensing business grew from $75 million retail sales in 1998 to over $1.6 billion. Earlier in his career he worked in Hong Kong for a large Asian contemporary fast-fashion retailer, G2000 Apparel, as well as in NYC at J. Crew and Saks Fifth Avenue in design/merchandising roles.
He holds an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business, B.A. from University of Miami and an Associate in Applied Science from Fashion Institute of Technology.
