In Summer 2018, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) launched a new digital initiative to bolster its corporate reputation and demonstrate how the company is transforming the health care system. The initiative, called Today We, is designed to highlight the ways Blue Cross NC is working to address consumer concerns about health care access, complexity, quality and cost in North Carolina.

Serving as a news engine for the entire initiative, the website TodayWe.com, houses engaging articles and video content to educate and inform consumers about the health care system, as well as the company’s efforts to improve the health of all North Carolinians.

The program ultimately aims to improve overall reputation by proactively highlighting Blue Cross NC’s transformative efforts in health care, while also educating consumers about the health system and providing resources for customers and non-customers alike.
